2025/2026 Vacationer Program

This is a unique opportunity for students to increase their chance of securing a graduate role before completing their degree.
Running for 6 weeks over the summer break our vacation program is split into two, three-week placements. The placements are three weeks before Christmas and three weeks from late January, giving you a variety of invaluable experiences including the opportunity to gain real life work experience, on the job training, exposure to the friendly Pitcher Partners’ culture, networking and social events and much more. We have positions within our Business Advisory & Assurance & Private Business Family Advisory divisions.
With regular exposure to our partners and senior managers, and a strong support network via an allocated buddy, this program allows you to promote yourself.
If you impress, you may be offered a graduate position for the 2027 program!

Accru Felsers is seeking both Graduates and Cadets to join our program starting in February 2026. As a Graduate pursuing a professional career, you’ll benefit from a supportive, mentoring environment designed to help you excel, including guidance through the CA Program.
Each year, Accru Felsers offers cadetships to motivated students beginning or pursuing an accounting degree at university. Our flexible program supports both full-time and part-time study while providing hands-on experience.

Global Employer Services Graduate

This position is primarily focusing on employment tax related matters for our clients and clients of RSM offices internationally. The type of work will involve a high investment in training, particularly around tax technology, as well as broader technical skills while working in a national team of specialists.
As a Graduate you will have an impact by helping employers in meeting their Australian employment tax and entitlement obligations including Superannuation Guarantee (SG), Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Pay-As You-Go-Withholding (PAYG W), Payroll Tax (PRT), Workers Compensation and broader Wage Compliance.
